Orders are typically processed within 24~48 hours. However, orders placed on Friday/holidays/weekends will not be processed and shipped until the following business day.

SHIPPING SERVICE
All shipping service includes tracking information. When order fulfilled, tracking information would be automatically sent to you. Email at criclecageshop@gmail.com directly if you did not hear from us.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as CRICLE CAGE is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.
Fill in your city and zip code and try to match it with DHL's system, we can only ship if your address is accepted by DHL system, fill in where ever a place as shipping origin is fine if necessary.
Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Also, the APO, FPO or DPO address is not accepted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or courier service used. CRICLE CAGE is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier.
